Surrey Juniors at South Region Champs

The South Region Championships were held at Bush Hill Park Golf Club in Middlesex from the 13th to the 15th of July. Two Surrey Juniors played: Daisy May Kenny (Cuddington) and Sana Tufail (Woking).
Sana Tufail shot a fabulous 73 in the morning round, whilst Daisy May shot an awesome 69, 1 under par round in the afternoon. Daisy May also qualified for the last 16 knockout stages where she came across Hannah Lovelock (Hindhead). Hannah progressed after a tight match, eventually winning 2 and 1. Unfortunately Sana didn't quite make the last 16, but congratulations to both girls. |
